What is Business Alchemy?

I mean, really… What does that even mean?

It's a fair question. And one I've asked myself more than once while trying to name this work.

For a while I called it Business Energetics. But that didn't really sum up the totality of what I do. So I kept coming back to alchemy — an ancient, magical blend of science and philosophy about transmutation, finding the elixir of life, and the governing laws that make it all possible.

That's the closest thing I've found to a name for this.

If you landed on this blog, chances are you're open to the unseen forces that govern our world, whether that's thoughts, energy, guides, elements, or something you can't quite name but have always felt.

There is so much happening outside of our conscious awareness that influences reality. And your business success is no exception.

The way I see it, everything has an energetic architecture. You have your own. Your business has its own. They relate to each other, plus the greater fluctuations of the market. All a web of reality, all woven together. Undulating. Independent but intrinsically connected.

It's Not Mambo Jumbo

I know how this sounds.

But I've studied energetics, business, and personal development for decades. I'm a trained intuitive who can see what isn't readily apparent to the naked eye. And what I've witnessed through this work — over and over, with client after client — is that we all carry unseen patterns, blocks, hooks, and threads that keep us stuck in our businesses and our success.

When those are located and released, like magic, reality shifts around you.

Some of it lives in the body. The nervous system patterns that rise in stress and success. The way your system braces for impact even when things are going well.

Some of it lives in the mind. The ways you think and see the world. The loops that run on repeat no matter how much mindset work you've done.

Some of it lives in the energy of worth, self-belief, ancestral conditioning, and societal programming. The inherited stories about money, visibility, and how much success you're actually allowed to hold.

Sometimes it's that your offer isn't a match for what your business is actually wanting. Sometimes it's timing. Sometimes it's all of the above.

Your Business Has Its Own Energy

This is the part that surprises people most.

The way I see it, your business has its own energy and essence. It lives like a thought form in the field. It has its own frequency, its own needs, and its own architecture.

The first time I tapped into the energy of my own business I got scared. It was big. Much bigger than I expected. I wasn't ready to hold what it was asking of me. I had to do the Business Alchemy work on myself first.

Because here's the truth, there are multiple layers at play. You. Your business. Your clients. The market. Each with their own frequency, needs, and architecture. All of them in relationship with each other. All of them influencing what's possible.

Business Alchemy works with all of it.

This work is not meant for the masses.
